Why can Daichi do this but nobody else can? I don't know. Why? So they can throw a boomerang on the beach together and then return to the organization willingly! Because that makes sense! So you may be asking yourself: What is the Livlaster? Well, I don't know. er, I mean the Livlaster, and proceeds to destroy an entire section of the building in order to bust his two "friends" out. Daichi hasn't seen Teppei in a decade and he met Hana literally once, but apparently, they are already close friends! So close, that Daichi magically discovers his ability to summon a gun called the Deus ex Machi. So after ignoring those TOTALLY unimportant details, we see Daichi taken back to the headquarters where he is reunited with our two other major characters: Hana and Teppei.
CAPTIN PLANET HENTAI HOW TO
How does Daichi instantly know how to pilot Earth Engine? Don't know. Why do they want to destroy the Earth? Don't know. Anyway, he then proceeds to instantly hop into the mecha and begin fighting the evil "Kiltgang", who are seeking to destroy the Earth. Why is he the only one who can pilot it? Don't know. The show opens with our protagonist, Daichi Manatsu, discovering that he is the only one who can pilot a mecha called "Earth Engine".

Captain Earth completely failed to set up a foundation for its plot, making everything that happened afterwards a lost cause. When 90% of your show consists of characters spewing exposition and you still fail to convey what the hell is going on, then your show

Studio Bones sure as hell knows how to animate, but they are developing a reputation for writing convoluted and nonsensical plots that make no sense what so ever, and this anime is no exception.
CAPTIN PLANET HENTAI SERIES
This well-understood fact has never been more evident in the anime industry then in this season's harrowing mecha series known as Captain Earth. The Planeteers cannot use their individual powers while Captain Planet is "active".You can have all the budget and production value that you want, but NOTHING makes up for incoherent and nonsensical story-telling. Nevertheless, he is weakened by pollutants which sap his strength, from smog to nuclear radiation in much the same manner that Superman is weakened by Kryptonite.

In a manner similar to the early Superman, Planet has seemingly superpowers, and seems to gain more proportionate to whatever the situation requires. Captain Planet's outfit does not represent a specific culture. He has grass-green hair, sky-blue skin, earthy brown eyes, a fire-red chest, gloves, and boots, and a sun-yellow globe insignia. He is able to rearrange his molecular structure to transform himself into the various powers and elements of nature. These are not clothes but elements of the Earth that are integral to his composition. Captain Planet only appears in his Captain Planet garb. In situations that the Planeteers cannot resolve alone, they can combine their powers to summon Captain Planet, a magical entity who possesses all of their powers magnified, symbolizing the premise that the combined efforts of a team are stronger than its individual parts. The Planeteers use transportation (usually a flying machine called a Geo-Cruiser) based on solar power to avoid causing pollution themselves. Gaia uses her "Planet Vision" to discover where the most devastating destruction is occurring and sends the Planeteers to help solve the problem. These five are dubbed the Planeteers and given the task of defending the Earth in the case of the greatest of disasters and making effort to keep others from happening. Realizing that the damage is extensive, Gaia sends five magic rings, each with the power to control an element of nature and one controlling an extra element, heart, to five chosen youths across the globe: Kwame from Africa, Wheeler from North America, Linka from Soviet Union (changed to Russian Federation after the Soviet Union's collapse), Gi from Asia and Ma-Ti from South America. Gaia, the spirit of the Earth, is awakened from a long sleep by human activity threatening ecosystems, taking place across the globe.
